You can use the ‘Fetch CKYC Number’ feature under the Fixed Deposit section for a client to retrieve the CKYC number. This is facilitated by Mahindra Finance through their integration with the CKYC database. The client does not get any notification about this.
In case the CKYC number is not retrieved through this feature, you can ask your client to check their registered email inbox for an email received from ckyc@ckycindia.in with the subject as either ‘CKYC Number Notification’ or ‘Update Notification’. This email will contain the 14-digit CKYC number which can be entered on Fintso using the Enter CKYC option.
