How can I enable my clients to invest in Global Investments, Equity Baskets, and Fixed Deposits?
Clients can be enabled for products in one of two ways:
1. By navigating to Clients > Client Name > Profile > Product Information and clicking on the respective product name
2. By Navigating to Products > Product Name > Clients > Add Client
The steps for enabling your clients for each of these products are given below:
Global Investments
You can add clients by clicking on the ‘Add Clients’ button within the Global Investments module. This will open a page where you need to fill in the client’s bank account details, and the risk tolerance questionnaire and upload an ID proof and an address proof. If these proofs have already been uploaded for the client earlier, they will be displayed directly, and they need not be uploaded again.
Once all details have been filled in, you will have to send this information to the client for their approval. An email bearing your name will be sent to the client with the verification link. On clicking the link, your client will have to enter an OTP to verify.
Once approved, the details will be sent to our US partner for clearing and brokerage services. It will take 2-3 business days for the brokerage account to get approved.

Most of the process of enabling needs to be done by clients themselves. Please see the video below:
Corporate Fixed Deposits
You can add clients by clicking on the ‘Add Clients’ button within the Fixed Deposits module.
Only Resident Individuals with a valid CKYC number can invest through Fintso. CKYC number can be fetched using the investor’s PAN number. Anyone with a valid KYC-compliant bank account shall have a CKYC number. Currently, only single holding pattern is supported on Fintso.
You can offer products like Equity Baskets, Global Investments and Fixed Deposits through an end-to-end online execution process. If you wish, you can also upload your Mutual Funds data into Fintso and enable online execution through BSE StAR MF. ...
As of now, the Fintso client app will show portfolio related to products such as Equity Baskets, Global Investments and Fixed Deposits. These data points will not be shown in the MyWealth app.
