The difference in the method for calculating Average Buy Price (ABP):

·         On the broker platform, the ABP is calculated using FIFO (first in, first out) for tax liability

·         For Equity Basket, the simple average method is adopted for accuracy purposes

 

Stocks in Equity Baskets sold directly on broker platform:

·         When the client sells stocks in Equity Baskets outside Fintso, the same doesn't get updated in client portfolio maintained on Fintso, hence, causing mismatch in holdings and returns.
